The Ultime:
This design is built in U shape, with 130m² of living space, in the centre of which is a patio which will quickly become a favourite space for everyone in the family. It offers a private, sheltered area, which will protect you from cooler air in the winter months. In summer, you could open the sliding doors and the patio will become part of the house, merged with the living room. You can choose a bedroom instead of the garage, which will be added to the 3 other bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms, the living room and the kitchen.
The land:
This U-shaped villa requires a minimum of 1000m² and a maximum of 2000 m².
