With its original design, this villa is a good compromise that has proved extremely popular. It’s a complete villa with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open kitchen; the living room is very light and airy thanks to the French windows that give onto a semi-covered terrace. The L shape creates a nice private space.
The land:
This villa is best placed on land of between 500 and 1500m².
