The design of this 85m² villa is very pleasant and designed with comfort in mind; there are two terraces which add to the living space to suit the seasons. The first is covered by a very high ceiling; we have access to it from the living room and the kitchen, which is very practical in order to organize meals outside and enjoy the sunshine of this Mediterranean climate. We have access to the second terrace from the 3 French windows of the bedrooms.

You can choose to build this villa on a plot of land from 1200 to 1500m².
