This villa is the smallest of the designs we offer, representing excellent value for money and making it the perfect choice for a holiday home. Its living room is welcoming and comfortable and large enough for all the family, with an open plan kitchen to allow you to chat while you cook! According to your needs and the plan you have chosen, we can provide two large or three smaller bedrooms, and a family bathroom.
The land:
For this villa type, we have a selection of plots from 200 to 700m², large enough for a beautiful garden and swimming pool. This means that you can bathe during the summer in your private swimming pool, and for a very reasonable price. The Lavande combines all of these elements to provide the perfect holiday home in the South of France.
